How it works

1. We collect. Each night we gather newly issued permits from public city and county records.
2. We clean. Addresses are standardized, duplicates removed, and each permit is tagged by trade and job type.
3. You choose. Pick your cities and trades once; your filters stay in place.
4. You receive. A daily email and CSV arrive before 7 a.m. Arizona time, ready to import into your CRM.
